keeping my head down

The knives are out again at work. Going to a meeting now. Keeping my head down. No real danger of losing my job in the near future (or hopefully ever!), but expected workplace changes will be stressful. Why are the people in charge never affected by any changes that they implement?

Dang! I'm glad you're safe but I can never understand why managers don't get how stressful this is even for people who keep their jobs. ::sends good vibes::

I totally hear you! We got back from Christmas break to an email that said we were cutting 800 jobs! Plus, every department has to cut spending by 10% (be that by budget or salaries); so there was a chance that I would lose my job.

So far, I'm still here!
