OK, afternoon, whatever. Went to the grocery store yesterday. The girl at the deli counter's nametag said "Dom". The guy in front of me asked her if her boyfriend's name was Sub. Not sure Dom got it, but it earned giggles from me. At least a nameless man and I got to have some juvenile giggles in the deli line, so it was better than the usual trip to the grocery!

Spent the week cleaning house in preparation for a houseguest. Yes, it took a week. Shut up, do not judge me! Actually it was more like spring cleaning. The weather has been so incredibly fabulous here, it *felt* like spring cleaning. So now the house is clean and tidy, many things set aside for a Goodwill trip, Thanksgiving meal grocery shopping done, houseguest has arrived, and in general --- yay! Productivity is a good thing, although I suspect a fleeting one!

Did anyone watch "The Prisoner"? Should I watch or save myself the trouble and just delete?

I am in complete agreement with you about The Prisoner. I seem to be stalled on Hour 5, but do intend to finish it even if just to be able to say that I did it. It is indeed such a mess but so visually interesting that sometimes I find myself just *watching* it without really paying any attention to what's being said. Jim C. is just OK, but I keep wishing it was Joe Flanigan. (as I so often do!) OTOH, I really wouldn't wish this mess on JF!

Hmmm...wonder where my Prisoner ID is? That was a fun idea for their booth, wasn't it?
